A tiny dinosaur, Micropachycephalosaurus is one of only two bone-head dinosaurs discovered to date in China. The other is Wannanosaurus, perhaps the most primitive flat-headed form of pachycephalosaur. Although Micropachycephalosaurus is one of the tiniest dinosaurs, it is burdened with the longest name. Despite its size, Micropachycephalosaurus has the typical features of other much larger pachycephalosaurids and some distinctive features of a valid species.
